Terms & Conditions – WonderScan Shop

By placing an order at https://wonderscan.app/shop you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General

  • All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and include VAT/sales tax where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, refuse or cancel orders at any time before shipping.

2. Product Condition & Grading

  • All trading cards are sold as described on the product page.
  • Grades (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.) follow industry standards. Photos are of the actual item whenever possible.
  • We are not liable for minor printing variations or manufacturer defects.

3. Payment

  • We accept Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Payment is required in full before order processing.

4. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in the same condition (sealed products must remain sealed).
  • Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will send a free replacement or full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderScan Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue.

8. Intellectual Property

All images and content on this website are property of WonderScan Shop or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your order shall be submitted to the competent courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia.

We sell worldwide, including to customers in the United States. By placing an order you agree to this jurisdiction and governing law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
