Shipping Policy – WonderScan Shop

Thank you for shopping at WonderScan Shop! Below you will find all information about shipping times, costs and our policies.
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:
- Weight & dimensions of your order
- Shipping destination (worldwide shipping available)
- Selected shipping method
We offer several shipping options ranging from economy to express. You will always see the exact shipping cost before you complete your payment.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order or custom items may have longer processing times (stated on the product page).
3. Delivery Times (from the moment the order leaves our facility)
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- Canada / Australia / Rest of World: 7–21 business days
These are average times. Delays can occur due to customs, holidays or carrier issues.
4. Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number as soon as the label is created. You will receive it automatically by e-mail.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
- We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier first.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim and send a free replacement or full refund once the claim is approved.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region and Russia (due to carrier restrictions).
